Our promise

You've probably had calls from people who wanted your business and weren't straight with you. So here is exactly how we work, before you tell us anything about your company.

Confidentiality first

We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send us anything sensitive. Your business is never listed, advertised, or shopped to other buyers. Your employees, customers, suppliers, and competitors will not hear about this from us — and we won't call your shop asking for you by name.

Honest numbers

We show you our work. When we put a value on your company, you see the earnings we used, the adjustments we made, the multiple we applied, and why. If we think something in your business lowers the value, we tell you plainly instead of quietly pricing it in. You will never get a number from us without an explanation behind it.

Your people and your name, treated with respect

Your crew keeps their jobs, their pay, and their seniority. Your foreman doesn't get replaced by someone from out of state. Your name stays on the trucks unless you ask us to change it. The company you spent decades building keeps operating as a company, not as a pile of assets.

No pressure, no obligation — ever

You can stop at any point: after the first call, after the evaluation, after the offer. There's no fee, no exclusivity agreement, and no listing contract. If we're not the right buyer, we'll say so and point you toward a better option. Nobody from here will hound you.

What we ask of you

  • Straight numbers. Three years of tax returns and financials, whatever shape they're in. We've read plenty of shoebox bookkeeping.
  • Tell us what matters to you. If taking care of your crew matters more than the last ten thousand dollars, say so — it changes what we offer.
  • Bring in your own people. Have your CPA and attorney review anything before you sign. We expect it.

Start with a conversation

Tell us about your business confidentially. You'll hear from a person, not an automated system.
